Current delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs.250.00 delivery for order totals from Rs.0.00 to Rs.9,998.99.
- Complimentary delivery: complimentary delivery for order totals of Rs.9,999.00 or more.
No fixed delivery timeframe is currently published. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Our team will also confirm the estimated delivery time during the order-confirmation call.
The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Before we dispatch
Please provide an accurate delivery address, recipient name and a working Pakistan mobile number. Our team calls to confirm the order before dispatch. Placing an order records your request; dispatch remains subject to confirmation, payment-method availability, stock and courier coverage.
If a price, product or delivery detail needs correction, we will explain it and seek your agreement before sending the order. We will not substitute a different fragrance or size without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and arrange any refund due for money already paid.
Charges and cash on delivery
The checkout shows the delivery charge and final amount payable before you place the order. Discount eligibility and shipping thresholds are checked using the store's live rules; the checkout total is the amount to check. Cash on delivery means payment is collected when the parcel is delivered. We currently do not request an online card payment through this checkout.
Delivery timing and coverage
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times unless we expressly agree otherwise. Remote-area coverage, courier availability, public holidays, weather and other disruption can affect delivery. We will explain known delivery restrictions before dispatch and help with a delayed or missing parcel.
Please keep your phone available for the confirmation call and courier contact. If the address is incomplete or an attempted delivery fails, contact us so we can discuss the available next step. We will explain any proposed additional delivery charge before asking you to agree to it.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us with your order number as soon as you need to change the address, size, quantity or cancel. We will cancel an order that has not been dispatched, or explain if it is already too far through dispatch to stop. If it has already left us, we will discuss available courier and return options. An unpaid cancelled cash-on-delivery order has no advance payment to refund.
A cancellation request is confirmed only when our team updates or confirms the order status. You can also use your account's order support option, or the private support link supplied for a guest order. Do not share private receipt or support links publicly.
When your parcel arrives
Check the item and packaging when it is safe to do so. If the parcel is damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, keep the packaging and contact us promptly. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the support process and preserves your applicable consumer rights.
