These terms apply when you use this Menaura by Menal store and order its products. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering. If a point is unclear, contact us before placing your order.
Your details and account
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use the store only if you have the legal capacity or necessary permission to make the purchase. A working Pakistan mobile number is required for order confirmation. Keep your account password and private order links secure. Tell us promptly if your contact details change or you suspect unauthorised account use. You can shop as a guest where that option is available.
Products and prices
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Select the fragrance, bottle size and quantity you want and review the final checkout total, delivery charge and any applied discount before placing the order. Prices and availability may change for future orders; a stored or offline page does not reserve stock or lock in a price.
Images help present a product, and screen colours or presentation details can vary. The product description, selected size and any specific information we confirm for your order describe what is being offered. These terms do not permit us to supply a materially different item or disregard a misleading description. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and ask for your agreement to any correction or offer cancellation and any refund due.
Placing and confirming an order
Submitting checkout sends us your order request. An automatic receipt confirms that we received it; our team confirms the details by phone before dispatch. Fulfilment is subject to stock, a valid delivery address, courier coverage and confirmation. We will tell you if we cannot fulfil your order. We will not substitute a different fragrance or size without your agreement.
Cash on delivery is currently the available payment method. Pay the amount confirmed for the parcel when it is delivered. We do not request card credentials through this checkout.
Coupons, offers and bundles
Each offer is subject to the eligibility shown with it, including any minimum spend, eligible products, use limit or end date. An automatic coupon is applied only when the server confirms that the basket is eligible. Limited-order offers can become unavailable once the stated allocation is used. Check the discount shown in the final total; merely viewing an offer or saving a basket does not reserve it. Discounts apply to future qualifying orders only and have no cash value unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
A bundle contains the items described for that bundle. Ask us about a size or component before ordering if you are unsure. Refunds or changes involving discounted items are calculated using the amount paid, as explained in the returns policy.
Delivery, changes and returns
Our Shipping & Cancellation Policy explains confirmation, charges, delivery estimates and cancellation requests. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to report a damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect item and ask for a remedy. Contact us before sending any return. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Fragrance use and safety
Follow the product label and supplied safety instructions. Perfume is for its labelled use and must not be swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes and keep it away from children, flames and excessive heat. If irritation occurs, stop using it. Fragrance descriptions are not medical advice or a promise to treat a health condition. Seek appropriate help for an adverse reaction.
Using the website
Do not use the store to commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorised access or copy content in a way that infringes another person's rights. You retain your applicable rights in information you provide to us. Store names, text and images may be protected by their respective owners' intellectual property rights.
We work to keep the store available and accurate, but temporary faults or maintenance can occur. Offline browsing is a convenience: checkout, payment status, current prices, stock and offer eligibility require a live connection and server confirmation.
Complaints and applicable rights
Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the concern so we can investigate. Account holders can use order support and guests can use the private support link provided with the order. We will explain the next step and any remedy agreed with you.
Applicable laws of Pakistan govern these terms, including relevant consumer protection laws. These terms do not exclude liability, rights, remedies or access to complaint bodies or courts where exclusion would be unlawful. No store term requires you to waive a statutory consumer right.
